Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be traveling to patient homes and playing a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties include providing services in accordance with the plan of care, making initial evaluation visits, initiating care plans, providing specialized nursing skills, preventive and rehabilitative procedures, preparing clinical and progress notes, coordinating services, counseling patients and families, participating in in-service programs, processing orders, supervising and teaching other nursing personnel.
