Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for IR, Intake and Recovery at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. Full-time day shift position with weekend on-call. The RN is responsible for performing competent nursing care following the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation.
