RN Canadian Valley Float Pool

The iFlex RN Float Pool manages the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to: Assessments/re assessments. Develops plan of care. Implements appropriate patient care interventions. Evaluates appropriate patient care interventions. Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned. Provides guidance and mentorship to non licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. Understands expectations and agrees to follow the iFlex RN Float Pool guidelines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: • 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years. (2 year LPN or Paramedic experience = 1 year RN) LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS: •RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state •BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire •ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire •Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
