Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner role at Cedars-Sinai providing learning, change, professional role competence and growth within Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU). The NPD practitioner uses educational design process, acts as a change agent, mentors clinical nurses, influences interprofessional practice and learning environments, champions scientific inquiry, and supports practice transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (minimum)
  • Master of Science in Nursing (preferred)
  • 3 years clinical experience minimum
  • California RN License
  • ANCC Specialty Certification (minimum)
  • ACLS Certification
  • PALS Certification
  • Congenital Cardiac experience (preferred)
