ABOUT THE UNIT:Our 25-bed Short Stay Unit at Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC) serves patients who require observation or short-term care following surgery or medical events. Known for its fast-paced environment, the unit has a rapid patient turnover, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. We conduct thorough assessments every 12 hours and utilize streamlined documentation practices to enhance patient care. JOB
