About this role
Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available New Grads Welcome
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support residents’ daily clinical needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality care, safety, and dignity for our residents while working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Accurately document care, treatments, and observations
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Supervise and support CNAs/GNAs to ensure quality resident care
- Follow infection control practices, safety standards, and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in the state
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, organized, and dependable
- Commitment to resident rights, safety, and quality care
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting, repositioning, and assisting residents as needed
- Bending, stooping, and reaching
