We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Nursing team at WMH. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run Hospital. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and team-oriented environment. Great opportunity for a RN to make an impact while being properly supported.
Job Description
- Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients in the Department.
- Track contractions, operate fetal monitors, and administer prescribed pain relief medications.
- Assisting Doctors; Prepare the delivery room and support obstetricians or midwives during childbirth.
- Managing labor, providing comfort, guiding new parents, and support recovery.
Job Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of PA; 1-year clinical experience required; specific orientation for the Maternity Department; participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to the areas of responsibility.
