Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Auburn, AL and surrounding areas. The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in the home or alternate site setting. Responsibilities include providing direct care, evaluating and educating patients/care partners, evaluating home environments, developing plans of care, managing schedules, coordinating patient care, participating in nurse on-call rotation, documenting patient encounters, maintaining knowledge of therapies and protocols, ensuring timely submission of plans of treatment, and working with departments to ensure required patient documents are completed. Per Diem 8-29 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with variable schedule including days/afternoons/evenings/weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Current RN license by the applicable state's Board of Nursing, in good standing - Alabama
  • RN degree, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state issued driver's license with no significant restrictions
  • Must be able to drive up to 2 hours one direction to see patients in their homes
