Summary
Under general supervision of the Chief Operations Officer and in collaboration with the administrative team, the Clinical Operations and Workflow Project Manager develops, implements, and evaluates the medical practice delivery model in accordance with the goals of Caregenix. They will share the administrative functions that directly impact medical services and collaborate with the management team in overall planning activities. They will review efficiency and productivity data to meet quality goals, create processes and documentation needed for compliant operations.
They are also responsible for the clinical oversight of the clinics and provide support for clinical operations. They will assure delivery of quality services to all patients. They will also perform clinical responsibilities.
Key
Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinic. Design, document, and refine clinical workflow. Analyze productivity metrics and quality goals to implement continuous improvements to daily practice management. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices. Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently Implement risk‑management strategies and emergency preparedness plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team. Knowledge of rural health challenges, population health, and resource management. Superior verbal communication and active listening skills High proficiency in medical terminology Excellent organizational and documentation skills Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities Ability to recognize clinical red flags and escalate care as needed Tech-savvy; able to work within multiple systems efficiently 3-5 years of healthcare operations, practice management, or clinical workflow redesign experience.
Education
Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or healthcare administration program (Required)
