Hiring organization

You park in a Kennewick driveway, bag in hand, and walk into one patient's home. That is the assignment at Columbia River Home Health: you are the RN Case Manager, one to one, doing intake, med rec, and the care…

On your path

Home Health is a specialty you move into. Agencies want acute time first, then train the home-specific work.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?
