About this role

The CPP Nurse supports individuals with complex needs transitioning from secure facilities into community settings. Conducts clinical assessments, performs quality-assurance visits to CPP residential homes, and identifies the healthcare and developmental needs of those served. Provides clinical guidance to the CPP team in developing health-related goals for Individual Program Plans and assists vendors in creating Restrictive Health Care Plans.

Requirements

  • RN License
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 2 years nursing experience
  • Graduation from a school of nursing approved by the National League for Nursing
  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Criminal background check
