Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures. Assist residents with ADLs, supervise nursing assistants, monitor resident status, develop care plans, complete clinical documentation, coordinate admissions/transfers/discharges, and participate in quality assurance activities.

Requirements
- RN
- Current, active RN license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred
