This position offers an exciting opportunity to travel across various healthcare facilities while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care that makes a real difference. *Responsibilities* * Assess patient conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and vital signs monitoring, utilizing your physiology knowledge to inform care plans. * Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management for acute pain, sedation, or chronic conditions. * Operate and troubleshoot advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, telemetry devices, and dialysis machines to ensure optimal patient safety. * Document all patient interactions thoroughly using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs such as trauma, infectious diseases, or post-operative recovery. * Provide patient education on treatment procedures including ostomy care, tube feeding, or medication administration to promote understanding and compliance.
