Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated Administrative Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Lincoln County Medical Center in Ruidoso, New Mexico. As Administrative Nursing Supervisor you will provide on-shift leadership, serving as a clinical and operational resource for nursing units and allied health teams. This role coordinates patient flow, supports staffing decisions, and ensures safe, efficient care across the hospital. The supervisor responds to emergencies and critical events, addresses patient and team concerns, and upholds organizational policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited school
  • NM licensed RN
  • 5 years of relevant experience (acute care-tele or above) and/or leadership nursing experience
  • BLS Certification
