About this role
An in-home care Registered Nurse (RN) will help assess and formulate individualized care plans for clients while directing care staff on day to day needs to maximize quality life.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients assigned by supervisor
- Provide oversite to client care to clients with varying backgrounds and medical histories

- Oversee safe medication administration practices
- Complete required documentation timely and accurately
- Assess clients for change of condition
- Keep clients family and physician informed of any changes in client behavior, medications, or conditions of health
- Assign and provide instruction for home health aides
- Communicate needs of resident to family and outside providers
- Comply with HIPPA regulations in an out of the office
- Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of practice
