About this role
Novant Health's Perfect Match Program (PMP) is designed to quickly place experienced nurses into the right clinical environment through short-term rotations before permanent placement. Selected RNs will rotate through 3-4 units within the same service line over a 6-8 week period, allowing both the nurse and the team to determine the best long-term fit. This program is not intended for nurses looking to explore new specialties. Applicants must have at least 2 years of recent experience within the same service line in the last 3 years.

Cost of living sits about 3% below the national average, while median rent has softened to around $1,377 as South End towers add supply.
