About this role

Richmond Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers is seeking a high-energy, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. We are looking for a dynamic provider who thrives in a patient centered environment and is deeply passionate about improving the quality of life for members of our community.

As a key member of our clinical operations, you will work alongside a collaborative team of specialists to provide lasting relief for patients suffering from chronic sinus, ear, and allergy issues. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can translate complex clinical information into clear, empathetic guidance for our patients.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • *Clinical Excellence:* Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic screenings, and assessments for patients with ear, nose, and throat (ENT) concerns.

Education

  • Serve as a primary educator for patients, explaining treatment options—including minimally invasive procedures—to ensure they feel confident in their care plan.
  • *Community Connection:* Act as a representative of our practice within the Richmond community, fostering trust through compassionate care and professional integrity.
  • *Collaborative Care:* Work closely with our physicians, patient care managers, and medical assistants to ensure a seamless, "patient-first" experience from consultation to follow-up.
  • *Administrative Diligence:* Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

*Qualifications*

  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Virginia.
  • Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
  • Experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) or Allergy/Immunology is preferred but not required for a candidate with a strong desire to learn.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and modern clinical technology.
