About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Palms Home Care team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing patient information, supervising and mentoring clinical staff, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating clinical training, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient outcomes, assisting in screening and interviewing new personnel, and performing other duties as delegated by the Clinical Director.
