Registered Nurse – Hospital or Nursing Home Setting Garden County Health Services – Oshkosh, Nebraska Garden County Health Services (GCHS) is a Rural Emergency Hospital offering nursing home, clinic, and critical access hospital services to the Oshkosh community and surrounding areas. As a Registered Nurse at GCHS, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care, supporting your patients, and making a meaningful difference in a community that truly values its healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do as a GCHS RN In this role, you’ll use your clinical skills, nursing judgment, and compassionate spirit to provide exceptional care. You will: Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans Deliver evidence‑based nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes Use strong critical‑thinking skills to adjust care plans as needed Adapt positively to changing workloads and patient needs Collaborate with your team to ensure effective, safe, and patient‑centered care Participate fairly in on‑call/availability rotations and assist in resolving staffing needs You May Be a Great Fit If You Have: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing 2 years of nursing experience preferred (but not required strong new grads are welcome!)
