About this role
This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and assessing the effectiveness of care provided by team members. The nurse coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards, mission, and values. Key Responsibilities include providing direct patient care using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and adhering to organizational standards, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Qualifications include graduate of an accredited registered nursing program, current RN license in the state or compact licensure, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, BLS certification with additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required based on the unit.
