What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs • Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP) • Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners • Oversee medication management and infection control programs • Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable • Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations • Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members • Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget • Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness Resident Care Director (RN) – Lead Clinical Excellence and Elevate Resident Health and Wellness Resident Care Director | Director of Nursing | RN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing Management

Pay Range

77,896.00 - 107,536.00
