About this role

Full-Time Float LPN – Join Our Team! Are you an LPN who enjoys variety, working with different teams, and never having two days that are exactly alike? Medical Associates of the Shoals is looking for a FullTime Float LPN to support our four locations!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who is **flexible, dependable, and enjoys being an essential part of a team. As a Float LPN, you’ll work at different locations based on the needs of the practice while providing excellent care to our patients.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, highquality care to our patients
  • Support clinical teams at all four Medical Associates of the Shoals locations
  • Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
  • Administer medications and injections as directed
  • Perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice
  • Assist with patient education and followup care
  • Document patient care accurately in eClinicalWorks
  • Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and frontoffice staff
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patientfocused clinical setting
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Current Alabama LPN license in good standing
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and patientcare skills
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate attitude
  • Dependable and willing to travel between our four locations
  • Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing staffing needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
