About this role

Angel Hospice Corp is seeking compassionate Hospice Aides & CNAs to assist hospice patients in the Dallas, East Dallas and West Dallas areas. Hospice Aide will be responsible for following the Hospice Aide Care Plan and assistance with bathing, mouth care, skin care, transferring, feeding, and other services essential to the patient's health care at their place of residence. Assists in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. The Hospice Aide will work under the direction and supervision of the RN case manager.
*Requirements*
- High School Diploma preferred
- CNA license (preferred)
- Must have at least one year experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, Home Health agency, Hospice, or long-term care facility or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program.
- Must have reliable transportation
- TRAVEL REQUIRED
- CPR required
