Registered Nurse - Pre-Admission Screening Surgery

Role Overview: This position involves providing independent nursing care in a high-acuity clinical setting, demonstrating clinical competence and managing complex patient needs. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, intervenes, and evaluates patient care, adhering to the nursing process and standards of practice. Responsibilities: Deliver routine and complex care, delegate tasks appropriately, and address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administer medications, monitor treatment effects, document care, and educate patients and families about health issues and resources. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience is preferred. Must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification. Ability to work independently, manage contingencies, and communicate effectively.
