Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing treatment plans

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Monitor and evaluate resident progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and facility operations

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)
