This role supports clinical and operational leadership by monitoring and evaluating outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and coordinate components of the Clinical Effectiveness and Performance Improvement (PI) Program. Facilitate clinical improvement activities using PI methodologies, and assist in training others on performance improvement and evidence-based patient safety and quality initiatives. Provide management, physicians, and clinical staff with timely and accurate information for effective decision-making using internal and external decision support systems.
