The Head RN serves as the Nursing Department Leader for their assigned location. This full-time leadership role oversees clinical standards, team performance, scheduling, compliance, and client experience while supporting business growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling and staffing, clinical oversight including IV therapy and IM injections, operations and compliance, and client experience and revenue support.
