Registered Nurse needed for clinical support/charge nurse role in a 128 bed long term care facility. Hours would include Monday - Friday 2pm to 10:30pm. On Call Rotation.
Duties include:
• Rounds with NP/MD
• Wound care assessments and dressing changes
• Lab and test review
• Clinical assessment of residents on a daily basis
• Skilled care documentation
• Medication administration
• Overall supervision of nursing staff and care

Must have a current unencumbered RN license in the state of Lousiana.
