Registered Nurse needed for clinical support/charge nurse role in a 128 bed long term care facility. Hours would include Monday - Friday 2pm to 10:30pm. On Call Rotation.
Duties include
- Rounds with NP/MD
- Wound care assessments and dressing changes
- Lab and test review
- Clinical assessment of residents on a daily basis
- Skilled care documentation
- Medication administration
- Overall supervision of nursing staff and care
