HealthCare Support is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for a fulltime, office based position in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to guide a high performing clinical team, ensure exceptional patient care, and oversee daily home health operations — all while enjoying stable weekday hours and a supportive environment.
Compensation
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 (DOE)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Administrative on call approximately one week per month, depending on staffing

Responsibilities
Oversee a patient census of ~150–175 and manage 10–20 clinicians and support staff (RN, LPN, PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP, MSW). Ensure schedules are updated, care is coordinated, and quality standards are met. Lead team development through meetings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Manage daily operations including order approvals, patient/family concerns, and workflow oversight. Provide occasional field support only when needed for staffing gaps or hands?on training. Utilize HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR.
Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state Current CPR certification 1–2 years of recent home health leadership experience (required) Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle Experience with OASIS documentation Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and all applicable regulatory requirements Interested in being considered?
