Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care or comparable clinical setting

Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations

Commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care
