Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma Surgery

Winston Salem, NC

A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the organization for another role within the past 24 months.

Where You’ll Work

This high-acuity 25-bed adult Med Surg and Trauma Surgery unit provides high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for patients who have experienced traumatic injuries. The team also cares for patients requiring emergency general (abdominal) surgery.

Specialties include Trauma, Emergency General Surgery (EGS), and Orthopedic Surgery. Join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients and the community.

We’re Looking For

  • Less than one year of RN experience
  • Graduation from an accredited or approved nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

Provide and coordinate patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment aligned with clinical standards Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and overall experience across the care continuum
