Wound Care Nurse (RN) Full-Time

As a Treatment/Wound Nurse for a CHS facility you must be able to perform essential functions including obtaining report and implementing follow-up action, conducting resident rounds to assess skin condition, identifying special nursing problems and emergency situations, instructing nursing assistants, documenting resident care, assessing and reporting changes in resident's condition, assessing special skin problems weekly, obtaining physician's orders, reviewing and updating resident care plans, giving daily instructions to nursing assistants, and administering treatments according to physician's orders.
