School Nurse 1.0 FTE at Lexington Trails Middle School for the 2026-2027 School Year. The School Nurse along with the Health Services Coordinator helps students attain an optimum level of physical, social and emotional health. In order to coordinate a comprehensive student health program, the School Nurse must work closely with the District Nurse Coordinator, staff and administration of the district.

Requirements

Current RN license
ADN or BSN considered
Current TB test (Tuberculosis)
Pre-employment physical prior to first day of work
