About this role

Chicopee, Springfield & Western Massachusetts

Radiance Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout Western Massachusetts.

This is a pay-per-visit position offering flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build a consistent patient caseload within your assigned service area.

Compensation

  • Routine RN Visit: $36 per visit
  • Admission: $250
  • Recertification / Resumption of Care (ROC): $100
  • Discharge: $50

Indeed requires an hourly pay range to be displayed. This position is paid per visit, and actual earnings vary based on visit type, caseload, scheduling, travel, and completed visits.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday and every other weekend
  • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
  • Weekends only

Responsibilities

  • Conducting OASIS assessments at admission, recertification, and discharge.
  • Performing clinical evaluations, monitoring vitals, and managing care plans.
  • Providing skilled treatments, including wound care, IVs, and medications.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned service areas
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Home health experience preferred
