Hours: This position will be full-time or part-time
What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Deliver Compassionate, Clinical Care:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and community policies.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
Monitor resident conditions and intervene as needed to ensure health and safety.
Lead & Support the Care Team:
Support CNAs and other direct care staff to ensure consistent, quality care.
Communicate changes in resident status to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Participate in care planning, resident assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
Foster a Safe & Supportive Environment:
Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols at all times.
Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in all resident interactions.
Respond promptly to call lights and urgent care needs with a calm and professional presence.
Be a Clinical & Community Leader:
Mentor new staff and share knowledge with team members.
Collaborate with families and other departments to meet holistic care goals.
Represent the nursing team positively in community events and care conferences.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Skills & Big Heart)
✔ Licensure & Credentials:
Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment required.
CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
✔ Experience &
Skills:
Previous experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred but not required.
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure while leading others.
✔ Physical
Requirements:
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a full shift.

Salary:
RN: $35.44 - $41.13 per hour*
LPN: $27.84 - $33.77 per hour*
*$2.00/hour
• Shift Differential added to PM shifts.
*$4.00/hour
• Shift Differential added to NOC shifts.
Schedule:
· Full-time & Part-time AM Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm*
· Full-time & Part-time PM Shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm*
· Full-time & Part-time NOC Shift - 10:30pm - 7:00am*
· Casual/PRN
*Every other weekend and every other holiday required with full-time & part-time positions
