- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required
