About this role

Under the direction of the Nursing Director, partners with the RN Manager and Assistant RN Manager as part of the leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift oversight. Coordinates patient flow ensures high-quality and safe patient care, and fosters exceptional patient experiences while guiding and supporting unit staff within designated service areas. May also provide direct patient care as needed.
