Provides health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include providing treatment for job related injuries and illnesses, conducting pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics, ensuring compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations, providing employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses, and monitoring trends and causes of employee safety events.

Requirements

RN License credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
BLS Provider Certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date, American Heart Association accepted
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
One to two years of occupation health experience preferred
