HouseCall MD is a growing mobile primary care practice providing medical care to seniors in private homes, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern California. Seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support providers, coordinate patient care, help solve operational challenges, and ensure patients receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare experience who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership, coordinating teams, and helping improve processes.

Clinical knowledge is highly valued; open to candidates from a variety of healthcare backgrounds, including LVNs, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, Medical Office Managers, Home Health, Hospice, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Healthcare Administration. This is an operations-focused role that works closely with providers, leadership, patients, families, and healthcare partners.
