Responsibilities
Job functions & Duties Include
- Prioritizing comfort while assisting Residents in achieving their highest level of function
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Monitoring vital signs to include temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
- Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions
- Interdepartmental communications within care team
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current and active CNA certification in good standing within the State of California
- Must pass a background screen
- Understand and comply with local health regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members
- Our facility requires proof of vaccination against Covid-19. Religious and medical exemptions are available upon request
