Registered Nurse

What You’ll Do

As an RN at First Home Health Care, you’ll play an essential role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various stages of life.

• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans and assesments.

• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.

• Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need

• A valid RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a nursing role.

• A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Your own reliable form of transportation to travel as needed.
