Responsibilities
- Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to five wash locations.
- Perform all necessary mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment components.
- Schedule and manage repairs and projects, ordering parts as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and document all activities.
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Over 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial equipment maintenance.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including working with 480V systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.
- Knowledge of PLCs, conveyor systems, and pneumatic components.
