Nurse

• Operate and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient information and medical records.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions such as CPR, AED operation, and first aid procedures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with nursing policies and health regulations compliance.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain treatments, answer questions, and provide emotional support.

• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times while managing sensitive medical data.

Skills

• Proven experience in Level II trauma centers, emergency medicine, or similar acute care environments such as ICU or PICU settings.

• Strong knowledge of hospital medicine, medical-surgical procedures, and infectious disease care protocols.

• Skilled in venipuncture, injection administration, IV insertion, and medication management.

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate clinical documentation and medical records management.

• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a solid understanding of physiology and anatomy principles.

• Ability to operate emergency equipment including AEDs and perform CPR effectively in urgent situations.

• Familiarity with health regulations compliance such as HIPAA, state Nursing Practice Acts, and nursing policy adherence.
