Facility: Staten Island Care Center Position: RN Supervisor Location: Staten Island, New York Schedule: PRN | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $60 per hour Join Our Team Staten Island Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to lead and support our overnight nursing team. In this key leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Assist nursing leadership with oversight of daily clinical operations Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of care Ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance Participate in regulatory surveys and inspections Support care planning, resident assessments, and discharge coordination Oversee medication administration and treatment procedures Address staff concerns and workplace issues in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing home experience required
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to make independent clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
