Description

Seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
This contract position is located in Philadelphia, PA and is ideal for both newly licensed nurses and experienced professionals eager to grow in a mission-driven field.

Requirements

Perform initial nursing assessments within 24 hours of client admission
Arrange medical appointments and health screenings
Administer and supervise medication per regulations
Maintain accurate medical records and inventory
Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, and symptom management
Implement infection control policies
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
