Chateau Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our overnight team, supporting clients in our Residential Treatment and Social Detox programs. We're a licensed behavioral health treatment center in Oakley, Utah, specializing in care for first responders, veterans, and adults working to rebuild their lives. What You'll Do
- Provide overnight nursing care and monitoring for clients in Residential Treatment and Social Detox
- Perform admission history and physical assessments for incoming clients
- Administer medications, including psychotropic medications, per physician orders
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and intervene according to detox protocols
- Respond to medical emergencies and determine when a higher level of care is needed
- Document client care, progress notes, and shift reports in the medical record
- Communicate and coordinate care with the Director of Nursing and the broader treatment team
- Support and train direct care staff on medical policies during overnight hours
- Help ensure infection control, medication management, and safety policies are followed

What We're Looking For
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in substance abuse nursing, detox, psychiatric, or emergency/triage nursing preferred
- Comfortable working independently overnight in a residential treatment setting
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis-response skills
- Able to work a rotating schedule of three 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) per week
- Must be able to pass a background check
