*Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health*

We are seeking experienced and dependable *Registered Nurses (RNs)* to join our growing Home Health team.

*Experience Required*

Candidates must have prior *Home Health nursing experience* and be comfortable managing higher-acuity patients in the home setting, including:

  • Post-surgical patients and post-operative care
  • IV therapy and IV medication administration
  • PICC lines and central line care
  • Wound care and dressing changes
  • Medication management and patient education
  • Comprehensive nursing assessments
  • Chronic disease management
  • Coordination with physicians and other members of the care team
  • Documentation in a Home Health/EMR system

*Qualifications*

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Critical care experience including ICU, Emergency Room, or Level I Trauma Center settings.
  • Previous experience working for a Home Health agency *strongly preferred*
  • Strong IV and clinical assessment skills
  • Experience with post-surgical and medically complex patients
  • Ability to work independently in patients' homes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation

We are especially interested in nurses who already understand the Home Health environment and can confidently manage patients who require skilled nursing following hospitalization or surgery.
