About this role
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our new plastic surgery practice with an in-office operating suite. Additional practice details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. This is a key clinical role for a nurse who is comfortable working in a patient-focused environment and has experience in the operating room, PACU, post-operative recovery, or outpatient procedural care.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well as part of a small team. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a willingness to assist with multiple aspects of the practice as we grow. In this role, the RN will serve as an operating room circulator, PACU/recovery nurse, clinical nurse, and sterile processing support.
Because this is a new private practice, the RN should also be comfortable assisting with back-office and occasional front-office duties when needed.
