Requirements

Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards
Proven experience working in diverse clinical environments such as ICU, emergency room, neonatal intensive care (NICU), or trauma centers; Level I & II trauma center experience preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and laboratory procedures
Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or similar platforms
Skilled in advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion/infusion therapy, tube feeding management, ostomy care, and infection control protocols
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; expertise in geriatrics and memory/dementia care is highly valued
Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments accurately while demonstrating excellent patient care skills
Critical care experience including ventilator management and acute pain management; familiarity with neonatal resuscitation procedures is a plus
