A well-established Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located near Somerville, PA is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a motivated nursing professional who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff development, and clinical excellence.

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned nursing unit.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, care planning, and physician order implementation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
